GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
Triqueta Verde, will accept the return of products within a period of 10 days from the receipt of the order. Items must be in their original packaging.
Return costs will be assumed by Triqueta Verde in cases of defective products or errors in shipping. In the event of a voluntary return by the customer, it will be the customer who assumes the costs of transport and return. The money will be returned to you as soon as the product is received, and it is verified that it is in perfect condition.
In the event of Triqueta Verde assuming transportation costs, the merchandise must be sent by the same agency that made the shipment.
In accordance with the law, returns of objects that by their nature cannot be returned or that have been unsealed will not be accepted, except in cases in which the merchandise arrives broken or defective. In such cases, you must notify Triqueta Verde within 5 calendar days of the time of delivery.

Banking POS: You can pay with your credit card, comfortably and without risks thanks to the Payment Gateway (or virtual POS). This system guarantees security in your internet transactions.

It is important to note that since your card data is communicated directly to the bank by secure connection, we (neither ourselves nor anyone other than the bank) do not have direct access to said data at any time and, for this reason, the data cannot be stored in our database of data. We only receive a message from the bank indicating the validity, or lack thereof, of your card.
PAYPAL: The PayPal payment system allows payments to be made to users with a PayPal account. PayPal accounts are linked to a user’s bank account or credit card. Triqueta Verde does not have access to any of these users’ financial data.
SHIPPING
Shipments will be made to all of Galicia, Spain, Europe, North America, Canada, South America and Asia.
Shipping will be carried out by a transport company and items purchased will be delivered to your address within a maximum period of 10 days in Galicia, Spain and Portugal, and within 15 days in the rest of Europe, North America, Canada and South America and Asia.
Transportation costs are for sending up to 3 books.

For shipments of more than 10 books you will need to contact Triqueta Verde directly.
Shipping guarantees: The order will arrive at your address in perfect condition. If this is not the case and the items show evidence of damage during shipping, we will exchange them free of charge. In this event, it is essential that any incident regarding the merchandise received or its packaging be indicated in the observations section of the courier’s delivery document. You must also notify Triqueta Verde of the incident. Consult the guarantees and returns section.
LEGISLATION
The company is subject to Spanish legislation and to the mediation of the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Autonomous Community of Galicia.
For any dispute arising from this contract, both parties expressly waive their own jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Pontevedra.
